Conditioning: 3 round – max reps strict pullups, no more than 3 min rest between sets.

WOD:

Fight Gone Bad Style –

3 rounds of 5 x 1 minute work sets with 1 minute rest between each round of the following exercises:

Hand Release Pushups

Kettlebell Swing (1.5/1 pood)

Box Jump (24″/20″)

Thruster (45#/25#)

Toes to Bar/Situps

Final score is total reps – so keep your rep count each round.
