Coach led 8 lengths running & drills, short sprints
 
Strength: Press 4 x 3 then
12 minutes – on 1 minute intervals
2 presses at 75% of 3RM from above, 5 heavy KB swings
 
Rest 5 minutes
 
40-30-20-10  Doubleunders/HR Pushups
