Warmup:
Hamstring flexibility, DROM, hip stretches (distraction & bands), shoulder DROM,
2 rounds burgner WU, 1st with PVC, 2nd with Bar
 
WOD:
AMRAP in 12 minutes:
15 Push Jerk (STO) 95/65#
15 burpees
Rest exactly 5 minutes:
100 situps for time
