Shoulder and hip DROM
3 Rounds NOT for time – 8 kipping pullups or 15 kips, 10 pass throughs, 10 situps
 
Skill: Perfecting the KB swing – virtuosity is doing the common uncommonly well.  Grab a coach or partner and trade off movement reviews of the KB swing and KB snatch.
 
WOD: 7 rounds for time –
10 pushups (hand release)
10 KB swings (32 kg/24 kg)
10 Chest to bar pullups
