Running seems so simple when you are watching someone else do it.

 
Warmup:
Coach’s choice – running drills/rowing drills
Shoulder mobility circuit and static stretches
 
Strength:
3 x 7 Shoulder press
After set #3, reduce weight to 50% of your highest set and perform 40 reps shoulder press AFAP
 
Rest 5 min
 
WOD:
30 walking lunges
30 SDHP 75#/45#
30 Wallball 2 for 1’s (2 squats per wallball shot)
30 Doubleunders (sub 90 singles)
30 burpees
