Start with 50 singles
Skill review: Deadlift – load up to challenging 5 rep set 2 times and keep the bar out
5 x 5 minute intervals:
5 HSPU (sub band assisted HSPU, pike pushups, regular pushups as appropriate)
10 Deadlifts (185#/115#)
15 box jumps (24″/20″)
3 lengths shuttle run
Each round is as fast as possible, rest the remainder of the 5 minutes and try to keep your rounds within 15 sec of each other.
Putting weight overhead is something everyone should be able to do.
