Warmup:

Coach lead DROM drills, squat stretches, WOD movement reviews (Power Clean & Thruster)

Conditioning: 2 rounds Max reps KB swings  (70#/53#) Scale to an appropriate weight.  This is a max-reps event, you can not put the KB down but you are allowed to rest in the hanging position.

Rest no more than 3 min between these two rounds and no more than 7 min after the 2nd.

WOD:

21-15-9 reps for time of:
115#/75# Ground to Shoulders
115#/75# Thruster
