Warmup:
500M Row or 400M run
Partner PNF stretching – hamstrings
Static stretches – low back, shoulders with bands
 
WOD: Complete the following for time – 
50 GTO – 45/25# plate
75 Pushups HR
100 Air Squats
1200M run with plate  –  Start at column light switch – down back stairs, 2 laps from back door, back up stairs and finish at column light switch (We’ll show you)
