This is a great article by a CrossFit games athlete who has a great attitude about body type and performance, although he is an elite level CrossFitter the sentiment carries through to all levels of athlete from beginners on up to the top.  ‘Best’ is always relative to what you have done before and like we say in 101 – its the trajectory of constantly chasing excellence that we are after.  There is no “Can’t” in here there is only  “Can’t YET”

Warmup:
500M Row
DROM hip, shoulder, hip joint distraction with bands
2 x through Burgner warmup with PVC
 
Strength:
Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5
Try to make sets 3 & 4 your PR sets.  Remember form and don’t sacrifice lumbar arch for more reps.
 
Cash Out:
Deadlift – Bodyweight or 60% of 5RM – 90 sec MAX reps
