Warmup: Coach led running drills, partner resistance running, WOD movement review and one unweighted lap through the WOD

WOD:

4 Rounds as follows*:
1 Length OH walking lunge 45/25 (halfway out and back) drop the plate
20 KB Swings 24kg/16kg
1 Length Burpee Broad jumps
Sprint back to plate
Finish with sprint back to your plate at same location as start
 
*20 min time limit
