Warmup: Run/Row/Jump to a sweat, hip mobility and squat stretches, warmup with light weight squats on the bar.
 
Strength: Front Squats
15 mins for 1RM – if you are not comfortable with a 1 RM go for sets of 3 or 5 reps
 
Rest no more than 7 min then:
3 Rounds for time:
15 SDHP
15 Push Jerk
Both with 95#/65#
 
Cool down, stretch hamstrings, quads, low back and post max loads and times to comments
