 Below parallel the squat force is transferred to the hip from the knee, making this depth not only safe but necessary for full leg strength development

 
Warmup: Run/Row/Jump – whatever you did last time do one of the others
Goat training – pick your worst exercise and spend 7-10 minutes drilling form, ask a coach for cues and pointers.  This is a personal drill time, not structured with the rest of the class.
 
WOD:
AMRAP in 20 min
5 Weighted pullups (50#) (Scale these as necessary, should be more difficult than your standard pullup, i.e. try to move down to a thinner band if possible)
5 BW Deadlifts – (Again scale as necessary) – this is supposed to be heavy
 
Cool down and post rounds and reps completed to comments
