Warmup:
500M Row then
Shoulder mobility with LAX balls, foam roller
2 rounds of 10 pass throughs, 10 OHS, 15 kips or 8 pullups
WOD movement review
 
WOD:
8 rounds for time
10 thrusters 65/45#
10 KB swings 24/16kg
1 lap sandbag run 50/30#
 Then:
50 Doubleunder Buy OUT
Call time at the end of your Doubleunders
20 minute time cap on the 8 rounds but you must do the 50 DU at the end even if after the 20:00 cap
