Tools of success

Warmup: Run 200M, 6x shuttle runs alternating front & backward
Mobility work on hips, ankles – joint distraction ankle and hip stretches
 
Strength: Front Squats
3-3-3-3-3-3-3
 
~5 min rest
 
8 rounds Tabata Burpees
8 rounds Tabata Pushups
 
(Total of 8 min)
 
Cool down and post load and total reps completed to comments
