Early morning kettlebells

Warmup:
Running drills, PVC drills on Clean & Jerk
 
Skill Practice: Clean & Jerk (Ground to overhead).  No rep scheme but practice up to a challenging weight at 1-3 reps
 
WOD:
Run 5K (specifically – NOT “jog 5K” this is race pace.  We do 25 minute metcon workouts and that is the level of effort output we are looking for here)
