Run 4 laps, last lap dynamic stretching and forward/backward motion – alternate lunges, high knees, high heels
 
WOD:

2 min max reps wall ball shots 20#/14#
15 sec switch
2 min max reps sandbag sprint (100′ lengths) 80#/50#
15 sec switch
 
Post total reps of each completed (shots and laps) to comments, cool down and stretch out
