Warmup:
Basic calisthenics, neck, knee, hip, wrist, ankle rotations.
Pick a sandbag and make it your buddy for the warmup
 
WOD: Perform the following for time:
400M run (4 laps)
25 sandbag ground to shoulders 50#/30#
15 burpees
300M run
20 sandbag ground to shoulders
20 burpees
200M run
15 sandbag cleans ground to shoulders
25 burpees
 
Cool down, stretch and mobilize.  Post times to comments.
