Warmup:
400M run, mix in running drills, hip and shoulder walking DROM
2 Rounds, not for time: 6 box jumps, 8 air squats, 10 ring rows
WOD movement review
 
WOD:
5 x 5 minute intervals (rest when you have completed each set, try to keep your times consistent)
10 pullups
15 situps
20 box jumps 24/20
50ft Sandbag lunge 50/30
 
Keep track of each interval time and post your fastest and slowest times to comments, cool down and stretch out.
