Top position of the Sumo-Deadlift High-Pull – looking strong ladies!

Warmup:
Alternate Run a lap, 15 jumping jacks, 10 lunges, 5 pullups or kip practice for 4 laps
WOD movement review and weight selection
 
WOD:
7 Rounds for time
5 Shoulders to overhead 155/105
9 pullups
14 pistols – alternate legs (modify the pistol with a band or column support or go to an Air Squat if you can not do these)
 
Cool down and post times to comments.  Remember same squat mechanics apply for pistols as they do for your regular squats!  Weight in the heels, lumbar spine neutral and stabilized by the core, knee tracks over the foot.
