Warmup: 400M run then practice PVC pass throughs, hip mobility and full depth squat stretching
 
Skill & Strength work: 15 minutes – Overhead Squat – practice form and go for a 3 rep max effort if you are cleared by a coach
 
WOD: ‘Nancy’
5 rounds for time:
400M run (4 laps)
15 Overhead squats 95/65
 
15 min time cap
 
Post max loads and times to comments and cool down.  Stretch out those shoulders and legs!
