Warmup:
400M run then
2 rounds of  5 burpees, 7 pullups, 9 Overhead squats
 
WOD:
2 rounds for time
50 plate jump squats 45/25
40 wall balls 20/14
30 overhead lunge steps 45/25
20 Sumodeadlift high-pulls with plate 45/25 
10 Burpee ground to overhead with plate
 
500M Row cool down
