WOD Mon 5-14-12

Not specifically CrossFit related but a testament to the power of consistency and the ability to take yourself to places that people will tell you cannot be reached.  Always question when someone says “you’ll never ____ again”.

Warmup:
Run 2 laps, shoulder mobility circuit on bands, 10 PVC pass throughs
2x PVC Burgner Warmup, 1x with training bar or oly bar
 
Skill/Strength: Snatch work to find 3 rep max (15 min)
 
WOD: 5 rounds of:
10 Ground to overhead (Attempt snatches, weight is @ 60% of 3 rep max) 
Run 1 lap
 
Post loads, times to comments and stretch/cool down.
