Pick one – 500M Row, 400M run, 150 Jump rope singles
Then 3 rounds NFT: 5 burpees, 5 wall balls, 5 pullups

WOD: Keep track of total reps 
4 minutes Max tire flips (Can substitute Deadlift Burpees if we run out of tires – 225/155 Rx’d)
1 min rest
4 minutes Max calories on rower
1 min rest
4 min Max reps Wall Balls (20/14)
1 min rest
2 min Max reps Pushups – hand release
1 min rest
1 min Max reps Toes to bar (or K2E progression, where ever you are in this)
