Warmup:
Shoulder DROM, arm circles, band mobility circuit then
3 rounds NFT – 5 reps each: Press, Push Press, Push Jerk progression with unloaded bar and finish with 5 front squats
 
Skill work: Handstand pushup practice & scaling
 
Strength: Go for 1 rep max strict shoulder press (no dip-drive), no more than 5 attempts
 
WOD:
21-15-9 reps of
Front Squat 155/115
Pullups
 
Post Press loads and times to comments, cool down and stretch out
