Warmup:
2 rounds: 500 M Row, 10 PVC deadlift, hamstring stretches with bands
 
Strength: Deadlift
5 x 5, work to a challenging load or go for 5 rep max if cleared by a coach.  We will be hawks on your form so stay tight!
 
Cash out:
21-15-9
Deadlift (50% of your 5 RM)
Box jump 24″/20″ – Or try the coaches challenge: 30″/24″
 
Cool down, stretch the posterior chain, and post loads and times to comments.
