Sometimes to realize your potential you must first be stripped of everything external and broken down to the raw elements that make you who you are.  If you woke up under a bridge, what would be your first actions?

Warmup:
500M Row or 150 jump rope singles
Then 2 rounds NFT – 5 pullups, 6 pushups, 7 box jumps, 8 situps
 
WOD Movement review
 
WOD: 
21-18-15-12-9-6-3 Reps of the couplet
Kettlebell Swing 24/16 kg
1 Lap Kettlebell Waiter Carry, switch arms as needed
Pushups (Hand Release)
 
Note: New athletes will hold the KB handle, advanced athletes may perform the waiter carry as prescribed (KB on open palm).  When in doubt – get out from under the KB and be mindful of your teammates in front and behind you if you have to ditch.
 
Cool down with 4 laps or 500M row and post times to comments.
