CrossFit Games 2012 – Regional Highlights, holy cow just wait till the actual games in July!  Remember that although there are some true professional athletes in the top circles of the CrossFit games, there are also 42 year old mothers, guys with replacement knees, 5’5″ 145# Chris Spealler, and many other people who never thought of themselves as “an athlete” but have unlocked their hidden potential through consistency and work ethic.  We may never rise to those competitive heights but every one of us has ELITE within us and the way to get there is to train the way we train!  Mechanics-> Consistency -> Intensity.  LETS GO TEAM CFM

Warmup: 3 rounds- 10 pullups, 10 pushups, 20 squats, 20 jumping jacks

Skill: Rope Climb technique and practice

WOD: 3 rounds of the couplet:

20 SDHP (95#/65#)

Sandbag stairs carry: 2nd floor to bottom of stairs, then to top of stairs, then return to the 2nd floor (50#/30#)

Cooldown, stretch, and post time to comments.
