Warmup: 4 rounds: 20 double-unders, 20 lunge steps, 20 pushups, 20 ring rows
Stretching: Arm & shoulder DROM and band stretches
Review and practice: 3 rounds of 10 kips
WOD: 30 Muscleups for time.
Intro WOD will be similar, don’t worry if you have not conquered the muscleup yet, we modify for similar training stimulus and keep working towards Rx’d!
