Justin & Theresa with great overhead position on the KB swing

Warmup: 4 rounds: 20 double-unders, 20 lunge steps, 20 pushups, 20 ring rows

Stretching: Arm & shoulder DROM and band stretches

Review and practice: 3 rounds of 10 kips

WOD: 30 Muscleups for time.

Intro WOD will be similar, don’t worry if you have not conquered the muscleup yet, we modify for similar training stimulus and keep working towards Rx’d!

Cooldown, stretch, and post time to comments.  Make sure to update your ‘Benchmark WOD’ sheet with your time and scaling.
