Warmup- 3 Rounds: 20 squats, 20 pushups, 20 double-unders, 20 abmat situps

Stretch- Sampson stretch & spiderman stretch 2x through, each side

WOD:
50 Double unders
50 Situps
50 Wallballs – grab sandbag and take outside
500M Run
50 Sandbag ground to shoulders
500M Run
50 pushups (hand release)
500M Run
 

Cash-out: SDHP for 3 min. with 24/16kg KB, KB may not rest on the floor. (Coach’s challenge: 70#/24kg)
