Warmup:
400M run then 4 rounds of:
5 pullups
10 pass throughs
10 PVC thrusters
30 sec squat stretch
30 sec shoulder stretch on bands or bar – each arm
 
Take your time warming up today – the shorter the WOD the longer your warmup should take.
