Warmup:
3 rounds:
4 lengths shuttle run
5 burpees
5 KB swings
5 deadlifts (lightly loaded bar)
 
Strength: Deadlift
7 sets of 3 – as form allows go for your 3 rep max
 
Wod:
4 rounds for time:
18 Kettlebell snatches 24/16 (Beginners KB clean and push press) – alternate arms or 9R/9L
Shuttle run down and back – 3 point touch at the turnaround
 
Cool down, stretch hamstrings and thoracic spine and post loads/times to comments
