Warmup:
500M Row
WOD movements with PVC – 
2 rounds NFT: 
10 Thrusters
10 SDHP
10 Push Jerks
10 Overhead Squats
10 Front Squats
 
WOD: ‘Top Guns’
With one weight (95#/65#) perform the following for time:
20 Thrusters
20 Sumo-Deadlift High-pull
20 Shoulders to overhead
20 Overhead Squat
20 Front Squat
*Every minute on the minute stop and perform 4 burpees
**Coaches challenge weights 135#/95#
