This one is for all the moms out there and anyone who has had ‘issues’ with explosive jumping exercises like box jumps and doubleunders 🙂 try not to blush ya’ll!

Warmup:
2 rounds: 10 pass throughs, 10 leg swings front and side, 30 sec spider man stretch & hold each leg, 30 sec calf/achilles stretch each leg, 10 Overhead squats, 30 sec barbell calf-smash each leg w/partner or solo
Running drills – coach led pose position, fall, fast-feet, partner band resistance – get on those toes
 
WOD:
Run 5K
 
Post times to comments, stretch out and cool down
