Row 600 – alternate 150 slow/fast
Shoulder mobility – spend at least 5 minutes on the band and LAX ball
Kipping pullup practice
WOD: ‘Pullup Ladder’
With a continuously running clock – perform one pullup the first minute, two pullups the second minute, three pullups the third minute, etc. until failure.
– You may break the pullups up any way you desire but you must get the full number done in the minute in which you start.
– If you fail before a total of 10 (in the 10th minute), start over at 1
You may want to tape your hands for this one 🙂
