The Park WOD is Today!  We will have only the 7am open WOD and 8am 101 class and meet at Citizen Park starting around 10am, grilling and workout start at 10:30 – see you there!

Navy PT – Jumping Jacks,  8 count body builders, flutter kicks, pushups, pullups

WOD:
1000M Sandbag carry (two laps around the 500M block and back upstairs)
Then 3 rounds-
15 burpees
20 KB Swings 24/16
25 doubleunders (75 singles)
 
Group Cool down, targeted stretching, and post times to comments
