Warmup:  2 rounds of: 50 double-unders, 20 lunge steps, 15 sec handstand hold, 20 ‘Good-mornings’ with barbell, 20 pushups.    After the 2 rounds, work on Clean & Jerk form with an empty barbell for 5 min.

WOD:   ʺGraceʺ

Clean & Jerk, 30 reps for time (135#)
