Warmup: Row 1000m, then 10 pullups, 15 pushups, 20 squats, 15 pushups, 10 pullups,  10 pass-throughs, followed by 5 min of shoulder mobility work.

WOD:

5 rounds of 4 min each (rest after completing the prescribed reps, starting the next round at minute 4):

  • 15 Tire Flip jump-throughs
  • 15 OHS (95/65#),
  • 15 HRPU,
  • 15 weighted lunges (50/30# sandbag)
  • 15 double unders

Cooldown, stretch, and post your shortest and longest round times to comments.
