Warmup: ¬†Athlete’s choice- 5 min monostructural, 20 burpees, 20 abmat situps

Stretch: Spiderman, Sampson, and squat

 

WOD: (for time)

Chipper: 100 Squats, 75 Lunge, 50 TTB, 25 Turkish Get Ups (16/12kg), 500m row

(New athletes will do Sandbag Ground-to-Overhead instead of Turkish Getups)
