Hey.  Remember this girl?  What did her squat look like 2 months ago?  Its amazing what you can do when you put your mind to it.  Well done Meredith!

Warmup:
Run 4 laps, then mobile DROM and PVC clean practice
 
Skill/Strength: 
10 minutes – 5 sets starting every other minute (EOM)
3 high-hang cleans + 1 Jerk (as heavy as possible with good form)
 
Rest 5 minutes then:
 
AMRAP in 12 minutes:
8 Clean High-Pulls 135/95
12 Toes to Bar
16 Pushups (hand release)
 
Post loads and rounds/reps completed to comments, cool down and stretch out (low back, hamstrings, middle back)
