 Warmup:
500M row, then 5 rounds NFT: 5 pushups, 6 situps, 7 lunges, 8 good-mornings (barbell)
 
WOD:
3 rounds for time:
20 barbell overhead walking lunges (vets add weight to make it 95/65)
25 KB swings 24/16
