Warm-up:  Two times through: 50 jumping jacks, 50 squats, 25 pushups, 25 walking lunges, 10 pullups

 

Skill Work:  10 min-  Work on Hand Stand Push Ups (HSPU) and scaling.

 

WOD: 3 rounds of:

20 SDHP (95#/65#),

20 Sandbag weighted lunges (50/30#)

 

Cash out: 50 burpees for time
