WOD Tue 7-24-12 “Isabel”


Warm-up:  Row 500m, then 3 sets of: 10 pullups, 15 pushups, 20 squats

Then 3x through Burgner Warmup (2 with PVC, 1 with bar)

 

WOD:  ʺIsabelʺ – 30 reps for time: 135# snatch

 

Cooldown, stretch, post times to your benchmark log and comments.
