Warmup: Run 1 block lap (600m), followed by 2 rounds of: 10 Toes to Bar, 10 Box step-ups, 10 barbell hang cleans, 10 burpees.

 

Strength – Overhead squat – 5×5 (20 min)

WOD: 10 min AMRAP- 20 Abmat situps, 15 box jumps (24/20), 10 Hang Cleans (115/85#)

 

Cooldown, stretch, and post OHS max weight/reps and total number of reps to comments (45 reps/round)
