Some decent footage and an ‘outsider’s’ opinion about this year’s CrossFit games with some discussion about the community that drives this whole movement.  It doesn’t matter who you are – you can participate and have fun at this sport.  This is not a ‘fitness cult’ but simply a group of people who enjoy being happy with their lifestyle and trying their best to be healthy in different ways.

Warmup (*Today we want you nice and limber for the WOD- take your time warming up and stretching out*) : Row 600m, alternating between ‘race’ and ‘recovery’ paces every 100m.  Then do 2 rounds of: 15 Abmat situps, 15 good-mornings with a barbell, 15 double unders, 15 squats,  and 5 pullups.

Stretch out with shoulder DROM movements and 10 pass-throughs.  Spend ~5 min working your shoulders on a LaCrosse ball.  Finish up with a spiderman stretch, 2x through on each side.


WOD: For time: 30 GHD situps, 225# Deadlift-30 reps, 30 Double Unders, 30 reps of 95# OHS, 30 pullups
