Yup. I’m pretty sure this actually happened.
Warm-up: 5 laps of running drills (coach-directed), Arm & leg DROM, shoulder & hip mobility stretches with bands.
WOD: 5 rounds of: 10KB swings, 10 pullups, 10 ring dips, 10 jumping squats w/ sandbag, sprint 2 laps (200m)
Cooldown with a SLOW 200m, then 20 walking lunges. Stretch and post times to comments.
