Warmup: Jog 1 outside lap, then 3 times through: 10 GHD situps, 10 pullups, 10 pass-throughs, and 10 box dips.

 

WOD: For max reps: 1min Shoulders to overhead (65#/45#), 1 min calorie row, 1 min Ground to shoulders (65#/45#), 1 min abmat situps, 1 min rest (for 3 rounds- 15 min total)
