50 jumping jacks
Run 2 laps
2 rounds of the Burgner warmup with PVC
Shoulder mobility work with foam roller and hand anchors (use KB or DB)
Shoulders to overhead 135/95 – perform 5 pullups if you set down the bar during each set
Over the bar burpees
Toes to bar
Stretch, cool down, and post times to comments
