Warmup:
3 Rounds Not For Time:
Run 2 laps
10 x each leg – Drinking Bird & Leg pump (all hamstring stretches)
Spend 30 sec in a split leg groin stretch
10 Unloaded barbell Deadlifts
 
Then: KB (or DB) Snatch movement review
 
WOD: 20 minute AMRAP
600M Run (1 outdoor lap) Buy-in
Then:
6 Deadlifts 225/155
10 Pullups
14 KB Snatches (perform equal number L/R)
 
Cool down, stretch out and post rounds and reps completed to comments
