Warmup:  Run 400m

3 rounds of:  50 double unders,  10 pullups, 10 pass-throughs, 10 pushups, 10 situps

 

WOD:  Tabata sets (8 rounds each):

1. Shoulders to overhead (65#/45#),

2. Box jumps (24″/20″),

3. TTB (or GHD situps)

4. Double unders

*Scoring method: total score is the sum of the LEAST number of reps done in each of the 4 Tabata sets, no rest between exercises.

 

Cooldown: Jog 400m, LAX ball stretching, spiderman stretch x 2
