Warmup:
3 rounds NFT:
250M Row
25 jumping jacks
10 Lunge steps with trunk twist
2 lengths shuttle run – two hand ground touch at each end
 
WOD: 5 x 6 minute intervals broken as follows-
2 minutes max reps OH walking lunges 45#/25#
1 minute rest
1 minute max reps pushups
1 minute max reps Toes to bar
1 minute rest
Keep track of total reps and post highest and lowest rounds to comments
 
Cool Down:
Jog or light rowing – 2 rounds of:  2 minutes on, 2 minutes off  – stretch abs, glutes, hamstrings during “off” 2 minutes
